Taryn + Taylor | Colonial Heritage | Williamsburg, Virginia

Excited to share Taryn and Taylor’s lovely day on the blog this week! Such a perfect day at Colonial Heritage in Williamsburg. Taryn chose soft pastels of peach and blues for her colors. It was such a pretty mix for all of her details. I loved her sparkly KEDS that she chose for her shoes too. Lots of brides are trading out their heels on a wedding day for something fun and comfortable ha ha.

Taryn and Taylor met through their love for Baseball so Taylor had the perfect proposal planned! In 2016 they went to a Braves/Cardinals game, and that was where they first said “ I love you. “ So a year later they got tickets to go to the Friday night contest with postgame fireworks. Taylor had the ring in his back pocket for most of the afternoon, and hid it well Taryn said. When they arrived at the gates before they opened he asked to get a picture taken in front of the stadium sign. So Taryn’s dad took the picture as Taylor got down on one knee! Of course Taryn said “YES!!!”

With the families and couple’s love for the game they included details mixed in through out their whole day that included baseball. A bat to be signed, crackerjack favors, each table named after a stadium, and so many more!

Congrats Mr. and Mrs. Sherrill! We loved joining you on your wonderful day!
