We are truly blessed with the best couples! Bruce and Katie were such a pleasure to work with. Katie’s enthusiasm and sweet tone, right from the first inquiry with us, made me confidant she was a RWP bride! We messaged back and forth about dates that we still had available, and kept in communication as they visited venues. Once they chose the venue we secured their date, and began planning the perfect Engagement Session!
We decided Maymont Park would be a beautiful place to capture all they had envisioned for their photos. We could not have asked for a more perfect afternoon. Every turn we took was another gorgeous place to photograph in. The stepping stones have to be my favorite though. There is something completely magical and romantic about them.
Katie and Bruce have been together for a year When they found each other they knew they had met their future spouses. On Katie’s birthday, Bruce, planned an evening full of surprises! He started off the night at Tarrant’s, her favorite restaurant, He planned two desserts as a surprise. She lovessss sweets! ( ME TOO GIRL! ) LOL - He even pulled out a bag with Carytown Cupcakes. Then he proceeded to take her to the Jefferson Hotel - to have dessert there too! That is where he surprised her, again, this time with a photo album that he made of their time together. The last page said “What will the future hold ?“ She told me “after that they stood up and she hugged him. He got down on one knee and asked if she would spend forever with him.” For sure the answer was “ YES!”
So happy for these two! I can’t wait for their Fall wedding!!!
